Imagine a place where your kids wanted to take YOU to church. Imagine people who would love your kids and want to partner with you to make the most of the short time you have to parent them. Imagine an environment where you were able to focus on relationships and didn’t have to worry about who was caring for your children.
We know that visiting a church for the first time can be a bit intimidating, especially if you have young children. At Journey, we work hard to create safe, fun, interactive, and focused environments that make a real difference in your family. We love and welcome all children, including those who have special needs.
Ask any volunteer, and they will show you the check-in area to register your kids. You can even see where they will be while you are in worship. All of our Journey Kidz! volunteers want to make a difference in your child’s life, and each one has passed an industry- standard background check to ensure that they are safe for your kids.
Pre-Schoolers – Birth – Pre-K
We want your pre-schooler to know 3 important things:
- God Made You
- God Loves You
- God wants to be your friend forever
Age appropriate games, crafts, stories, and toys make Sunday mornings fun and meaningful. We want your kids to have a great time, learn to interact with other kids, and learn something new about God.
KidMo! – K – 5th Grade
Your kindergarten-5th grader will experience an exciting worship experience in their own theater. KidMo! hosts will lead them in an hour of fun games, great songs, age- appropriate teaching, and interaction in a small group. It is an experience that they won’t forget!
Warning: Exposure to KidMo! could result in your kids not being willing to sleep in on Sundays any more.
